CANCELLATION POLICY

We grow to order, meaning we cultivate products after an order is placed. To cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If we approve the cancellation request, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Online payments: Refund within 7 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers must provide bank account details, and the amount will be transferred within 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

Customers must provide a full street address with a PIN code, map location, and a landmark. Ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

Shipping Fees:

• Within 5 km: INR 30

• Up to 10 km: INR 60

• Up to 15 km: INR 90

• Up to 20 km: INR 120

The above shipping fees are subject to change and will be updated on our website.

Minimum time for production, harvest, and dispatch: 7 to 10 days (depending on stock availability).

Orders will not be reshipped if no one is available to receive them at the provided address. Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment requests.
