1. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions are available in 7-day, 15-day, and 30-day durations.
Daily quantity options: 50g or 100g of fresh microgreens.
Prices are inclusive of delivery charges within Bengaluru.
Subscription begins from the date of your first delivery confirmation.
2. Pre-Orders
All microgreens are grown fresh upon order to ensure quality.
Pre-orders must be placed at least 3–5 days in advance to allow germination and harvest time.
Availability depends on seasonal growth cycles and weather conditions.
In case of limited stock, pre-orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Delivery Policy
Free home delivery is available within 3 km from Yelahanka
For locations beyond 3 km, a small delivery charge will apply based on distance
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the day’s produce will be counted as delivered (no refund).
Customers outside the delivery zone can also opt for self-pickup directly from our Yelahanka farm outlet.
Deliveries are made daily between 7:00 AM and 12:00 AM
Customers will receive a message/WhatsApp notification before each delivery.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the day’s produce will be marked as delivered (no refund or replacement).
Alternate delivery for the same day may be arranged only if the delivery team is available in the area.
4. Pause, Reschedule, or Cancel
Subscriptions can be paused or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice before the next delivery.
Cancellations requested mid-plan will be refunded after deducting used days and applicable fees.
5. Payments
Payment must be made in advance for all subscriptions and pre-orders.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and Bank Transfer.
No COD (Cash on Delivery) is available for subscriptions.
6. Product Quality
All microgreens are harvested fresh each morning before dispatch.
Store your microgreens in a cool, dry place or refrigerate immediately upon delivery.
Since these are perishable items, returns or exchanges are not accepted once delivered.
